Shipping Policy

We take care when packing your BMU Organics order, so your skincare arrives ready to enjoy. 

Where we deliver 

We currently deliver within Australia. 

Processing your order 

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, processing may take longer. We will contact you if there is a significant delay. 

Shipping costs 

Standard shipping is $ 11.00 AUD, with free standard shipping on orders over $150 AUD. Express shipping is available for $15.20 AUD. Your shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment. 

Delivery timeframes 

Once dispatched, standard delivery usually takes 2-5 business days. Express delivery usually takes 1-2 business days. These are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Processing time is additional to delivery time. 

Tracking your order 

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you your tracking details. 

Incorrect delivery details 

Please check your address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@bmuorganics.com.au. We will do our best to update your details before dispatch. 

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries 

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact hello@bmuorganics.com.au with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue. Photos of any damage to the parcel or products can help us assess what happened.
